[SDGs] Non-plastic products made from paper and resin
SDGs products, second edition!
As the leaves of the trees begin to change color around this time, how are you doing? In the first installment last time, we introduced products made from corn, but the second installment features paper and resin! We are introducing products made with the new material, MAPKA. MAPKA is primarily made from paper, consisting of a three-layer structure with a 55% paper powder MAPKA layer sandwiched between two extruded PP layers. It is classified as non-plastic and is not subject to container recycling laws. Additionally, the molding temperature for the trays is about 30% lower than that of conventional plastic sheets, ranging from 180°C to 200°C, allowing for more energy-efficient molding. Products that can be made using MAPKA include cups, combs, and pencil cases, among others. Our company collaborates with carefully selected design firms, promotion companies, and branding agencies. We provide optimal planning and design tailored to our customers' needs and aspirations. If you are considering SDGs products, please leave it to Koshio Industries, where planning professionals are available.
